【羅蘭岡訊】位羅蘭岡的日式豬排專門店「Japanese Katsu」, 該店柳老闆擁有三家連鎖店,不僅嚴選新鮮的食材,不少原物料也特別從日本自進口,採用優質的黑豬肉,以彈性最好的里肌肉部位,做成各式炸豬排,並以套餐方式提供,有炸豬排飯、咖喱炸豬排飯、千層里肌豬肉排飯,另有炸魚排飯、炸蝦飯、及新創韓國泡菜起司豬排飯提供選擇。
該店大片的豬排炸得酥脆度剛剛好,調味醬料使用日本進口高級原料,米飯也堅持使用原產地直送的新上市米及糯米。在這裏不但可品嘗道地上品的日式豬排餐,還可品嘗純正的日本蕎麥麵。
該店套餐超值,附高麗菜切成的沙拉及米飯和湯。千層里肌炸豬排口感鬆嫩,肉香甜美。起司里肌豬排(見圖),使用完整的里肌肉排,中間切開填入起司,半炸半燜來料理。切開肉排,起司香味撲鼻,里肌肉吃來嚼勁十足。
該店使用多含亞油酸的棕櫚油和香濃玉米油之混合油,其特點是炸出來的豬排不油膩而爽口。

哇!住那附近那麼久不知道說的是不是同一家~ 12/25不知有沒有開呢! 明天去吃!
我前兩天去吃了,我點了一份炸魚排,我女友點了起司豬排,還有一個朋友點了一份比薩katsu,享用後的心得是,味道不錯,可惜配菜不夠,只有一堆沙拉,不過他的味增湯不會太鹹,味道剛剛好~美中不足的是他的價錢跟附近另外一家對手curry house稍高一些些~提供給你們作參考囉~
請問一下喔,你說這一家日式豬排店有三家分店,其他兩家店在哪呢???
On my random quest for food, I went to a Korean plaza on Fullerton/Colima Rd. Not in the mood for Korean BBQ, I found this "Toku" restaurant. I almost missed noticing it because its sign was really small. The place looks fairly new/clean and claims to serve high quality Japanese katsu with Korean elements to the meal. They do offer other menu items such as udon and sushi rolls but the waitress suggested that we go with the pork katsu as that was their specialty. For some reason, they also didn't have rolls that day. So eventually, I ordered a pork katsu. The first thing they give you is a bowl of sesame which you ground yourself with a pestle before they pour a special sauce that kind of tastes like A1. I was quite impressed by it since I've never done this at any other restaurant. Getting freshly ground sesame was fun. The food came in a generous portion: a heaping shredded cabbage/lettuce salad, a bowl of rice, miso soup, a side of cubed kimchi, and a dish of jalapeno peppers. The katsu itself was freshly made, crispy, and of good size.
